Persia Coulter, Lead Singer

Persia’s a creative spark with a chill vibe, pouring quiet passion into her music like it’s second nature. Rocking out as the lead singer and bass guitarist of Right on Red at local and regional gigs, she brings heart, power, and authenticity to every performance.

Persia combines solid technique with a natural flair that lights up every room she’s in. Her theater roots and live band experience taught her how to vibe in the moment, turning every jam session into a group hug. On bass or guitar, she brings serious energy and style to Right on Red’s sound as she sings.

Offstage, she’s often sketching bold clothing designs, crafting catchy melodies, skateboarding for inspiration, or singing her heart out late at night with music as her constant companion. Her playful, down-to-earth energy makes everyone feel like a friend. She’s all about learning, creating, and spreading good vibes through every form of art she touches.

Zach Strong – Lead Guitar/Bass

Zach, born in Providence, RI, started his musical journey only a few short years ago when he started playing the drums at Freedom Music Academy in Cumming, GA. True to his scorpion nature, Zach quickly developed a deep passion for music. By the age of 16 he took up guitar lessons and, within weeks, discovered his true passion, dedicating himself to playing guitar and bass exclusively. In late 2024, in addition to his ongoing journey with Freedom Music Academy, Zach joined School of Rock Alpharetta, GA, where he enrolled in their Performance Program. By January 2025, he became part of their inaugural House Band.

At the age of 18, Zach has already made waves with his impressive guitar skills, captivating audiences of all ages at every performance. While he primarily gravitates towards Rock and Alternative, he considers himself a renaissance man and enjoys a wide range of genres. Beyond his musical talents, Zach is also a talented artist specializing in surrealism.

Zachary Scher – Drums

Zach Scher is the quieter one — until he sits behind the kit. That’s when everything clicks. He doesn’t talk much about his talent, but the second the sticks hit the drums, it’s game over. His playing is sharp, instinctive, and full of feel — he doesn’t just keep the beat, he owns it.

Starting out on the piano while living in Brooklyn, Zach had a strong foundation in music from his earliest days. But when he moved to Atlanta, the drums took over. And once they did, there was no stopping him. Zach’s the type to be drumming under the table during dinner, tapping out rhythms during class, and always, always listening — headphones on, dialed into every groove, every fill, every sound.

At Thunder Road Music Studio, he trained year-round, joined summer bands, and played shows across town, building up his skill without ever showing off. He’s humble to the core, but the moment he plays, people stop and pay attention.

Music isn’t just what he does — it’s the backdrop to everything he lives.
